Dear experts,

am facing some problem in alarm configuration. My hardware is TP170b, software is wincc flex 2008 sp2.

In HMI alarm view, the date and time showing is wrong( i tried to adjust in panel control panel- but after power restarts again its going to old value- it is 4/8/2010)

1. so I used SFC1, accessed the time from plc succesfully.(plc- 313c 2dp)

2. assigned that same address in area pointer of hmi( see attachment).

3. but after this, am getting alarm event in hmi that " area pointer type: date time plc address error-- error code is 70017." with wrong date and time.

4. but with the same tag, I have configured date and time display field, working well.--see attachment

5. acquisition is configured for 10sec/tried 1min also.But no use..

So please guide me how to overcome this problem
