You wrote you use a WebUX Webserver(not on the WinCC RT Server) from a Client without own project?

This should not be possible. If you use Webnavigator or WebUX not on the WinCC Server then you need a dedicated Webserver. This is a Client with own Project ("Multiclient") that uses the Serverpackage from WInCC Server for access to the tags and Screens and where the Webserver runs.

If you have only a Uniclient (Client without own project) you should not be able to run a working Webnavigator or WebUX Server.

Perhaps I do not have understand you system correctly but this could be also a reason for something that do not work properly

I checked in my V8.1 Upd2 and the dialog to select trends is available in WebUX:

But the select dataconnection button does not work (or im doing somthing wrong)

But you can set it in the Configuration dialog which works also in WebUX.

The dialog to select trends is also available in V8.0.0.
However, as I mentioned, problems occur after using it - not when you check or uncheck a specific trend just once, but after doing it multiple times.
