used tia portal v13 wincc comfort

now I can do some thing in VBS but function is depend on button. when I push button VBS function active one time. in button event. 

I want vbs function work every time button-free.

Before ı used wincc v7.0. in wincc 7.0 there is trigger. but I did not find in wincc v13 button free or trigger. 

how can I do ?
