BINZ_AUTOMATION Posts: 27 Rating: (0)	Dear Friends 1)i want to check my winncc flexible project in runtime simulator mode but when i tried nothing happens and no messages.we need to run the plc also in simulator mode?.netpro connection is indistrial ethernet. 2) how i calculate the no of tags used in my project? is there any easy way rather than counting all the tags please help

vipz Gold Member Joined: 9/2/2012 Last visit: 7/10/2025 Posts: 712 Rating: (30)	Dear BINZ, first compile your project, see the output. if you cant find-- go to view-> output. where you can see errors if any and total used tags( power tags =external tags). no need to open plc simulator, just select the shortcut -- start runtime with simulator.then you will get simulator screen as well as runtime screen. make sure that the tags you want to simulate is opened in simulator screen.. regards Vipz
