hi guys

i have a question about wincc.i want to have a object to able move in wincc  and be depended to a bit...for example a propeller stirrer that when a bit is 1 starting to move and when bit is 0, propeller haven't move and is fix...

is it possible to do it in wincc?i search in wincc library but don't find anything.just flashing mode is available.
