Spindle Control module can be tested by battery box and enable jumper. you have Siemens manual, you know how to set parameter. if it is the original control module on your machine, you need think why and when "the motor only make vibrations." happened.

it can be any 1 or 2 of following--spindle control card, spindle control drive power section, motor encoder, encoder cable, --you need make sure at least 3 of 4 components are good then find out the faulty one

if spindle control has Fault F-xxx, following manual suggestion

Please note these are old drives & communication protocol with software is used to take up & restore parameters or is useful for horizontal communication.

As such I suggest you to please refer the 611A drive manual's address link I shared in your earlier topic, chapter Main spindle module HS. Please study it, follow the steps, enter motor & drive related data correctly & carry out commissioning of drive & motor. You should be able to run motor with 611A drive independently & then it should be interfaced with main system.
