nill.96 Joined: 11/10/2022 Last visit: 5/23/2025 Posts: 23 Rating: (1)	Hello all, New project with PCS7(V9.1) and configuration as R1 redundancy using ET 200 SP HA AI module : 6DL1134-6GH00-0PH1 AO module : 6DL11356TF000PH1 DI module : 6DL11316BH000PH1 DO module : 6DL11326BH000PH1 Channel drivers are being generated for DI and DO modules. “No hardware found for symbol ---” is being generated for all Analog Inputs and Outputs. Please make a note that we are not using PDM nor HART interface for any of AI and AO modules. Request for solutions to overcome this problem. Regards Nil

See FAQ: Link 2. You are using a module which is not released for PCS7 V9.1. Please check the Released modules manual: Link

There wasnoHART device configured. Solution If you use a HART device, it must be configured. If youdo notuse a HART device, a measuring/output range without HART must be set. regards, Cedric

In fact we were developing project in SP1 and this was the concern. For AO modules, either we have to add HART for each of the channels OR we have to specify as "4 to 20 mA" only. This helped me as all the AOs were non-hart. Regards

Confirm Module Compatibility Verify that the AI module (6DL1134-6GH00-0PH1) and AO module (6DL1135-6TF00-0PH1) arecompatible with PCS7 V9.1 SP1. Refer to thePCS7 Released Modules Manual to ensure that these modules are supported in SP1. Compatibility can vary between SP1 and SP2. 2. Check and Update Module Configuration For Analog Input (AI) and Analog Output (AO) modules: Ensure that the correct channel configuration is applied. For non-HART modules: Configure channels explicitly as"4 to 20 mA"(or other applicable settings) in the hardware configuration. This ensures that PCS7 recognizes the correct signal type. If using HART modules, but HART is not required: Specify the channels as non-HART or disable HART in the configuration.
