Hello 

I'm having problems with a 4Gb non-Siemens usb stick not being recognized by the HMI KTP700 Basic. 

The usb stick is working fine on every pc I plugged it in. Even on a TP1900 Comfort.

Is there a minimum required size required for KTP700 to be able to recognize it?

You should have no problem with the USB so maybe you are experiencing some issues with the HMI.

You could try to update the panel and also try another USB to discard also a problem with the panel.

I've tried all those suggestions. None worked. Also the 4Gb stick is being recognized from a TP1900 and from my Win10 PC , so the pendrive is working. I've tried with 5 more sticks of the same brand and size and none of them worked on the KTP700

I've plugged in a 16Gb stick and it's being succesfully detected by the KTP700. 

I guess we will use 16Gb stick from now on. It's a little bit of a waste of space, because tags trends take only a few megabytes, but they're cheap.

I still wonder why KTP700 is not detecting this type of usb sticks even after a power cycle. Maybe there's something with the usb connector.
