my company has tow cut machines in the end of  carton production line( lower and upper one) , the knife driver is (ac servo - ac drive serial no : f2v1007519 and input:3ph 380...480v the frequency 50/60Hz the output voltage is 0-380 ...480v
0-400Hz nominal power 37kw.
it  always displays the following alarm ( A034 ) but the motor is not small and the torque is suitable i say that : because when i put another drive at the same motor the cutter work without any problem

-the driver is clean and there is no dust inside it .

- the driver displays the alarm Alternately .

- it sometimes display f008 and once it display 002

please any one can help me?

yesterday i got an answer but: 

the machine was working correctly without any problem so the parameters is correctly set , but i will check mechanical parts ,  ok , why the other driver did not display any alarm message when i put it on the same motor and same mechanical parts .

there is another problem Maybe help u to help me with my thanks , the cutter did not cut correctly in high speed, it cut long one an short one .
i think that the dc voltage capacities have a problem or another part of dc voltage circuit
