I am a student working on a project for a company using Siemens Asset Management (https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109748894 ).

The link contains the sample project and datasheet. Currently, I have a device connected via Profinet, and everything seems to be working correctly. However, for some reason, the data is not being transmitted or displayed in my Asset Management Records. I cannot figure out why the data is not being sent.

I suspect it might have something to do with the hardware identifier, but I'm not sure.

Could someone help me with this?
