Tia Portal v14, PLCSIM v14. I created a new project with any CPU 12xx. Then during compilation i get warning "PLC_1 does not contain a configured protection level".. And I cannot load hardware to Plcsim (error 0050 2 2 2458).

In Properties - Protection   access level is Full access (no protection).

Tell me please, what am I doing wrong?

The protection level is a warning not an error. UNLESS you are referring to the protection level on the PLC. What does a PLC compile action deliver to you? Ensure all three display levels are active (X, !, i):

From my perspective there is no error in hardware configuration on the software side (2nd picture). But I do not see the compile action having completed on the whole of the project; no reference to software.

The first picture complains about something on the actual hardware and directs you to look at the online diagnostic. Strange you have the actual hardware selected on the left. This make me wonder what procedure you are following to do a download.

(1) Read what the online diagnostic buffer is saying (online and diagnostics)

(2) Download your program to the simulator and see if there are any errors mentioned (ignore the warnings).

Noticing the use of a virtual machine which brings up questions about the linking between PC software and actual hardware. I have no experience in this field to be helpful.

I tried to compile and load example project  "100746401_S7-1200_PID_Compact_CODE" which is interesting for me.. But compile warning is same.

Maybe I will try to install Tia v14 with PLCSIM v14 on PC without virtual machine...

Installing the software elsewhere will probably be a waste of time.

What happens if you load a very simple program? Create a new program with something very simple. Load that to the PLC. What do you see?
