Configure CP343-1 in open communication wizard software

Hello Siemens Friends, I am using CPU319F 3PN/DP PLC and additionally I have CP343-1 Lean module for communication. I am trying to do communication with third party device through open communication wizard software, but while configuring in the open communication wizard software the IP address of PLC is only detecting but the added CP343-1 Lean module IP Address is not detecting. Is it possible to configure CP343-1 in open communication wizard software or this software is only used to communicate between two PLCs. The Open Communication Wizard (and corresponding usage of TCON, TDISCON, TSEND and TRCV Blocks) is only good for the CPU's onboard PN port. You can still do "Open communication" via your CP343-1, but will need to configure the connection in NetPro instead and use AG_SEND and AG_RECV in your program. See also THIS link for more |
