Hi SeSa_eng, Unfortunately, you are bound to the hardware limits of the CPU410E. The CPU410E can only handle up to 200 PO meaning you must replace the CPU410E with CPU410-5H. The 410-5H is a scalable CPU. This means you have the best hardware specifications, and you scale the CPU according to your needs by buying PO. PO is available in range 100 to 2600. The PO are stored on a SEC card (small card inserted in the back of the CPU) and you can upgrade it to your needs. |

Hi, The latest information from Siemens is that the CPU 410E can still handle up to 200 PO max. I doubt this is true, since then you can just buy a CPU 410-5H because the concept of the 410-5H is scalable. You pay for the amount of PO you need, if your project grows larger, then you just increase the amount of PO. The CPU 410E is for small applications. But if you think you need about 150 PO for example, a better future selection is to buy a CPU 410-5H with 500 PO.
