F108 during Mot ID

dl max Member Joined: 11/4/2009 Last visit: 11/7/2009 Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	There is a request that how to solve this fault F108 during Mot ID for Masterdrive: 6se7038-6wk86-3be0 Mot ID (p115=2,p100=3)can passoccasionally, then the parallel Inverters work normally and the parameters & trace see the attached file. Mot ID (p115=2,p100=4) can't pass always and display F108 at the end. p947=108,p949=2000,p545=156/76/155. Thank you for your advices very much!!

diwa Silver Member Joined: 9/20/2006 Last visit: 8/1/2025 Posts: 307 Rating: (97)	Can you run the motor with P100=3 ?If yes, run the motor at approx 50 hz and measure the 3 o/p voltages. All the 3 should be exactly same. Also measure the 3 o/p currents andcompare the same with value in r004. they should match. I suspect the problem should be with the igbt switching or the o/p CT's. diwa.

Today we passed Mot ID (p100=4) once, then the Inverter can work basicly,but I think the motor character aren't very good that you can see the attached parameter. You can read p545, p235,p240 and help me analyze what reason caused this fault 108. By the way, the customer found the encoder didn't fasten wellon motor yesterday and they already assembled again.I always don't doubt the Inverter some defective because the Inveter have been working for along timeevenfull load.Thisoriginal fault for this device was F011, so I still feel the fault arefrom the AC mortor or encorder...extenal reason.
