Our flow meter 7ME63402YF176KA1-Z shows two intermittent triangles. Please, see the attached picture. According to the instruction manual this occurs due to an alarm, but the alarm field shows 1115551.  1 instead of the numbers found in the error table.

The display is active, but the flowmeter´s buttons do not work.

Do you know if this type of problem has a solution?

I don't think you have attached the images. Do you have a manual or have you looked it up by reference in sios? Maybe they can help you from technical support.

In the error table, does it include 16#0011_059F?  That's 1115551₁₀ in base₁₆

Sometimes (fairly often) the datatype of the error or status data is expected to be Word or DWord rather than Int or DInt. 

Sometimes TIA Portal displays DWord / Word data in decimal and we have to right-click on the displayed value and change the display datatype to hex.
