How can install V1.1.1 on eMMc?

correac Regular Member Joined: 4/3/2020 Last visit: 6/30/2025 Posts: 26 Rating: (0)	Hello, Running "cat /etc/os-release" on terminal I'm getting a different output comparing on tutorial: root@iot2050-debian:~# cat /etc/os-release PRETTY_NAME="Debian GNU/Linux 10 (buster)" NAME="Debian GNU/Linux" VERSION_ID="10" VERSION="10 (buster)" VERSION_CODENAME=buster ID=debian HOME_URL="https://www.debian.org/" SUPPORT_URL="https://www.debian.org/support" BUG_REPORT_URL="https://bugs.debian.org/" Can I perform firmware update? Actually my image (undefined) is installed on eMMc, how can I install V1.1.1 on eMMc? I have to format first? If I try to format, terminal return: /dev/mmcblk1 is apparently in use by the system; will not make a filesystem here! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from Firmware Update to use Example Image V1.2.1. This is because the packages are not anymore in the version they have been on the release state of Example Image V1.x.y. The firmware update cannot be performed as it checks the BUILD_ID string in /etc/os-release, which is not present anymore on your image. To install Example Image V1.1.1, you need to clear the eMMc from SD card (you try to run it while booted from eMMc). You could also perform the update from Example Image V1.1.1 from SD card.
