How to change different control unit?

I've already download backup parameter but its go out with F061. is there any parameter I have to change?

If F61 occurs, you need to check the fault value as it points to the wrong parameter. Make sure you have done the power section definition (see chapter 6.2.1 in the compendium) with the new CU before downloading the parameter set.
