How to get 17.0.0.0 version for KTP700 Basic PN in TIA v17

I have an original TIA v17 project for the machine and it needs some small changes. While I try do download those changes there is a message "A more recent compatible firmware image exists on the target device" "The Runtime has the following version: 17.00.00.06_02.01, the firmware has the following version: 17.00.00.06_02.01" and so I could check "fit" and "downgrade" and it should be fine, but I don't want to downgrade the firmware. When I try in the project to change device / version in "current device" section there is 6AV2 123-2GB03-0AX0 17.0.0.0, so I've tried to change onto higher version, but in the drop-down menu max version is 16.0.0.0. I have TIA v17 update 8 with the newest HSP installed. I've tried to install Panel Images for TIA v17 Upd8, but it ended with an error. Is this could be the problem, that I don't have 17.0.0.0 version to choose, so the firmware in target device needs to be downgraded? How to get the 17.0.0.0 version in drop-down menu? (incl. any updates) Here you can download HMI images: Image Downloads for SIMATIC HMI Operator Panels: Comfort / Mobile / Basic Panels Perhaps you need to update your TIA Portal version. In WinCC Basic/Comfort/Advanced you can not select any specific update in the device Version. So this is a normal behaviour. But why TIA thinks you should make a Upgrade/downgrade is the question. The best would be to open Simatic Prosave select the OS Update and Read out the Panel data -> then you see which exact Image you have available in your installation and which one is installed on the Panel (perhaps TIA is showing something wrong...)
