How to manage communication between Sentron PAC 3200 and WinLC RTX

(not via DP!). we tried to use the T_CON/T_DISCON/T_SEND/T_RCV blocks with no success until now. Is someone can give us informations or an example of configuration to set up this feature?? Thanks
