Dears kindly advise,

I had replaced faulty CP341 (6ES7 341-1CH01-0AE0) by new CP (6ES7 341-1CH02-0AE0) because 1CH01 is being obsolete and installed old dongle of old CP 1CH01 into new CP 1CH02, it works and CPU is healthy, but CP has SF led ON and TX, RX not blinking and giving diagnostic interrupt. also parameter is inactive and can't display it.

your support will be highly appreciated.

faulty module, parameters are not set in module... Do for first backup (copy prj to safe place for sure) and do complete re-configuration (parameters with new CP inside HW cfg and MB RTU driver cfg) and recompile prj with new CP341, check old prj for parameters set for sure. Then download complete prj inside CPU. I can't imagine now really other solution.

Hope you don't have very old CPU that can't take a new CP as component, this can be problem then. Next I recommend also check comm blocks version because new CP versions requires also new version blocks, if I good remember.

It is really strange from your description that CPU is ok and CP is in fault, I expect in this case also CPU in error state probably due CP cfg fault/problem.

interesting that you have now some events inside CPU buffer but from your log it looks like some quite different HW cfg you have described before. Really sry, it looks to be quite long way to help here. Your first description is really not full of required informations about exact HW cfg so we can really only think what is exactly there.

ok. I see all like this, also it is expected from DiagInt as Towome already sugested to look to. As SF on CP is ON, it means probbaly that OB82 is there, on other case then you have CPU in STOP what you don't have, so you  can see from 4 bytes error class with more informations. It can be like wire break or not correct parameters inside the module. So what you did already with diag data?
