I have tried the other tips on this forum about this topic but it doesn’t seems to work 🤷‍♂️

Try this:

Server name: smtp.gmail.com
Connection security: STARTTLS
Port: 587
Login name: Your GMail address
Login password: Your GMail password

 

 I have already tried this, but it didn´t work.

Which firmware version has your LOGO!?

 It says FW: V1.84.02 on the box.

Then update the firmware to the current version.

The firmware update can you download from here:

please be aware that password is not about your gmail account, but the App password provided by gmail.

How to create app passwords

Check DNS (name resolve) issues first. 

But all e-mail thing looks like yet another half baked product from Siemens.

a) You can't set up SMTP server parameters without authentication (username/password). Authentication is generally (historically) not used at all on unencrypted port 25 (open relay issues prevented by other means). Why there is strict requirement for authentication in LSC?

b) You can't use/enter recipient e-mail address with two or more dots in domain part of name. For example somebody@industry.siemens.com or someone@mail.server.com LSC says invalid e-mail address (but someone@server.com seems ok).
