PCS7 V9.1 S7-400H multiproject: Do I need any F licenses to generate the new block icons and faceplates related to the F project

Hi, I have a PCS7 V9.1 S7-400H multiproject (2 AS, 2 OSS, 3 OSC). A third-party is bringing an S7-400F project with an AS fully programmed to be added to my current H multiproject. My scope is then to update my OS screens and generate the block icons to integrate the F project in the SCADA. Currently, I don't have any F licenses on my H multiproject. Do I need any F licenses to generate the new block icons and faceplates related to the F project, considering the AS-400F is being delivered fully programmed (meaning no programming required)?
