Hi! Hi have some trouble trying to connect my simulated s7 1500 plc in plcsim adv via ethernetadpt to tia portal. (See the picture attached). I have a static ip on my virtua ethernet adapter, so thats not the problem.

We would need also more information for troubleshooting like used IT Adresses for Networkadapters, and Virtual PLC Sim Network adapter, is the network adapter connected to the Virtual PLC Sim Advanced switch?

Settings in the PLC Sim Advanced, and also Which PLC type do you want to simulate (with FW Version) in which TIA Version.
