Hi all! I am new in STEP7 programming. And I want to know how I can read and write values from Flowmeter Burkert in my hardware configuration in S7-300 CPU.

I have actual GSD file of flowmeter. Flowmeter have I address “actual flow value” 261…264 (4 bytes - PIB261, PIB262, PIB263, PIB264). And set point Q address “setpoint” 256…259 (4 bytes - PQB256, PQB257, PQB258, PQB259).

So, how I can write setpoint to Q address, for example, if I have setpoint in INT or REAL in my programm? And read actual flow to see it in INT or REAL from flowmeter?

I would be grateful for an answer!

You want to read and write 4 bytes?

Then it should be possible to use PID261 to read and PQD258 to write. 

For example you can "Move PID261 to MDx"
