Hello everyone, I hope you're having a good day. I'm already working on a project with S7-1200 PLC coupled with the Cmmo-st-c5-1-lkp stepper motor controller. To ensure communication with the motor controller, I've selected MODBUS TCP. After configuring the FCT tools, I'll verify the Modbus configuration using the Modbus TCP Client tool to ensure everything is correct. I'm trying to follow the TIA Portal manual step-by-step and copy/paste or download the generic code available on the FESTO website. Now that FHPP_CTRL and FHPP_MB_CLIENT are integrated, I'm verifying the controller's readiness to receive PLC commands. but it looks like there are some problems with the network setup. The issues are as follows: FHPP_MB_CLIENT communication is working correctly, and MODBUS TCP communication is enabled. But when enabling motor functions like positive JOG or homing by forcing variables in FHPP_CTRL, nothing happens, and nothing changes. All values are static however, no errors are reported.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks. 😉 https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1WIQzbJQknGcvR6jCcz-bVbjmhevyw30o?usp=sharing |
