I copied all the tags, scripts and all templates from the toolbox program and pasted them in my program. Sending the email manually is working fine, but when an alarm occures, it goesn't send it via email. Please give me a suggestion how to fix it. Best regards

I have already tested the toolbox you sygested. it works when I send an email manualy, but it does not send automatic email when alarms are occured. Is there any trick how to fix it? I was also thinking of calling the VB script (manual send email) via a tag? so I can change the tag value in any alarm? Best regards!

I suppose you followed the 3.3 section of the WinCC Professional Documentation, as well as you changed the configuration to send them automatically. Is there any error you can share with us?

I have copied the email toolbox and pasted in my project. I configured it and tried to send email manually and it works. But automatic emailing is not working. Please see attached pictures too. Murof Platinum Expert Joined: 8/3/2009 Last visit: 9/5/2025 Posts: 16343 Rating: (1931)	Hello Mentor the toolbox example uses the Tag "Trigger_Email" for sending automatically Mails if an alarm occurs. In this simple example there is only one discrete alarm and in the Incoming event this trigger tag is set. -> triggers scheduled task for sending mail .... If you want to automize this for every email you have to use every incoming event and so on... or a second way could be to use the C Script function GmsgFunction. its executed for every alarm event. But you cannot call VB Script in C so you would have to use internal Tgs for alarm text and Triggering but theoretially this could work. Bye Murof
