hello

i have archivied a step7 project from PC "A",through "simatic manager", moved the project to mine laptop, and unarchived the project through "simatic manager".

now wen i open the project i recive message that I am not authorized to modify it, or is located on a protected support.

I know that it is possible to protect the CPU in read/write mode via password, via hardware configuration, but how is it possible to protect the entire project? also the symbolic editor does not allow me to make any changes

Please check if the directory of your project is Read-only. (Use Explorer)

Pay attention at the location where you unarchived it.  Try to unarchive on C:/folder_X location.
