Tambe Posts: 148 Rating: (11)	Normally Dc/Ac inverters are hooked to Dc linkthrough some isolators, Fuses, and you can use Circuit breakers also.

Tambe Posts: 148 Rating: (11)	Recently I have seen that Inbuilt semiconductor fuses are replaced with Shorting Links (in small ratings) Therefore please ensure that You have appropriate rating fuse(semiconductor) in the circuit.

Tambe Posts: 148 Rating: (11)	I don’t prefer MCB even for the Converters. But I have seen lot of master drive and Micro masters (mainly converters) in field working since years without any fuses. It is strange but Great compliment for Our drives.
