I am having problem with the "sm@rtclient view" connection on comfort panel TP700 to an basis panel 2nd KTP400 sm@rtserver.

When I try to connect I get the error message "The connection to the remote server has failed".

If I try to connect from a labtop with the sm@rtclient.exe app everything works.

If I enable "Accept without authentication", on the KTP400 it works fine!

I can't figure out what is wrong?
