This can be a Windows problem needing a Windows solution. How about making a Powershell script or Batch script (*.bat)? I have quickly web searched for something like "batch file detect process running" and "powershell check if process running and close it". The nice thing about making a BAT file is that you can place it on the desktop and have people run that instead of starting the Wincc runtime. Only for inspiration..

Hello In WinCC Runtime Professional you an also use the Service mode: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109815056/120255717259 Perhaps its an option in your situation. Bye Murof |
