I have a PCS7 system linked with a MIS management information system, via OPC server which is attached photo, but I couldn't found where to add new take to that OPC in order to transfer new signals to the MIS. 

Have any one dealed with this OPC before? 

Tags are added to the OPC interface of the OS server(s) and associated OpenPCS7 station(s) via OS compilation and download.  You should prepare all the logic required in the AS and OS project(s) and compile and download to the OS server(s).  

I would recommend having an OpenPCS7 station (standalone or on a client) to act as your OPC data broker to MIS instead of hitting the OS server directly if you don't already have this.
