Hi Mr Lindh, I did some tests with a MTP1200, bootloader V9.2 and image version V20. I loaded a project with local user management, rebooted the device and the users were available. Then I created a new user on the device, rebooted and all users are still available. So I turned off the device overnight, but today all users are available again. So I'm pretty sure that the behavior you describe is not a common problem. You may want to contact technical support or your Siemens sales representative. Kind regards |
