I am finally getting the data.

I applied your good suggestion but also did 1 step as well which i should have checked much earlier - Siemens Communication Settings.

Because siemens power meter worked straight away i forgot about that parameter.

I had to change access point from None to Virtual TCP_1

I am glad it works [snip]
