Hallo Keyan, If you have a inclined wheel or a inclined wheel and a inclined axis you have to input the right angle in the tool - data Important is you have to input the wheeldataunder zero degree expample Diameter 500 width 80 Z-Position 0 Swivel angle on dressing 30 On the next page geometry-data overflow X 10 overflow Z 10 .... shoulder height 72.36 ... usable wheel width 50.59 The height and the width depends on the angle an will calculated internal by a cycle. For the value of the D-Number please have a look at the documation how it work. Important is also if you have a inclined axis your Reset-Mode for the tranformation should be activ so the the transformation ist activ after reset, because yout have differnt coordinationsystem between transformation and without transformation. Please check MD 20140 = 1 24100 = 1024 24110[0] = 1 24110[1] = 2 24120 [0] = 1 24120 [2] = 2 24700 = your angle of your inclined axis if it is fixed When you register the dresser or workpiece you can have a look in the extend-data of thetool an there you see the calculated value for D1 to D6 for the wheel and D7..D9 for the dressers.
