Hi paranthaman WinCC You can't use WinCC together with S7-200 in the easy way. There is no communication channel especialy for S7-200. But there isone soulution to use S7-200 and WinCC together. Use the PC-Access OPC-Server (for S7-200)and the WinCC OPC communication channel. You need: - PC-Access (max. 8 Connections); [https://www.automation.siemens.com/_en/s7-200/Products/03Software/pcaccess.html] - RS232 or USB /PPI-Cable [https://www.automation.siemens.com/_en/s7-200/Products/05Zubehoer/index.html] and also see here it has been discussed here FAQ |

hi with an EM277 module u can do it via Profiibus as mentioned below "Communication via PROFIBUS DP Connection via PROFIBUS DP is a fast form of communication, however it can only be used to control the inputs and outputs of the S7-200. In order to communicate via PROFIBUS DP, you require the S7-200 communication module, the EM277. How to set up a connection to an S7-200 via PROFIBUS DP is described in detail in Entry ID 21915525." u dont need to use NCM , the configuration can be done with SIMATIC MANAGER with the same procedure this is a part of the article that dchartier also talked about and u can see it at: What are the options for accessing an S7-200 with WinCC? |
