If you are using v4.1 SP2 you can upload the HWConfig as well as the programs and technology objects. See attched extract from the manual. There are a couple of points to note:

1. You must have selected the option to download additional data in the first place in order to be able to upload programs.
2. You must use firmware v4.1 SP2 on the Simotion C/D/P, and v4.1 SP2 SCOUT

I guess in this instance this doesn't help unless the unit contains the latest firmware.

Can I use the data in  MMC card which located in the CPU . 

I could back up the HW configuration using SIMATIC MANAGER . but SCOUT \ LOAD TO PG do not help. 

And how i can decide if there are no Additional data stored in CPU ?

for example : when i was online in SIMATIC \BLOCKS folder : I could see only the System Data       block in the CPU. what is that mean ?
