Append cam not cyclically

The camming is not continuously (cyclic). In a certain condition the slave needs to start camming, for that we have a developped a 'start cam'. That start cam will be followed by a couple of cams where slave speed will stay synchronous to master speed, until depending on a condition we need to stop the slave and decouple from the master. For stopping we will use a 'stop cam'. After my 'start cam' I want to append one of the two other cams (synchrised motion or stop cam). I see in the parameter 'application mode' of the MC_Camin that if I want to append a new cam to the current processed cam, I need to use mode 2 : Cyclic appending (continuously appending on the following value side). I suppose then the appended cam will be repeated automatically. This is however not what I want. I want to append a new cam to the current processed cam only once. How can I achieve this?
