Hello SANTONIT, Please check axis MD 32700 value, if it is not 0, make it 0 & then check, i.e. if old LEC compensation is active it will not match with the latest mechanic & over or under compensation leads to position mismatch/accuracy problem. After you replaced ball screw, linear scale or motor or slide mechanics wear & tear after use etc. etc., such type of behaviour occurs/happens. I suggest you to reconduct laser calibration of axis, modify LEC table, activate it & check. Hope this helps. |
