Hello, for experts , I think that is possible with SIMATIC range or products developers such as what listed here: Virtual Plant Simulation and Software PLC in ONE Software Toolor others , you can search it via net. Best regards Hamid Hosseini |

Hello laktonik, I'm not sure, what you exactly mean with "window blind" but I hope that Getting Started of WinCC may help you to find a way. If it didn't help you, please send an attachment, which shown, what you'd like to see on graphics screen. I suppose button for hand and automatic for some technical machines. Maybe you could also use a faceplate for doing this, because often users have quite a lot of similiar valves, motores etc. on their plant and they want to operate them all in the same way, but program it in an easy way. For getting more infos about this, please take a look of this older thread I answered to in a detailed way. While creating my post I noticed anwser of hdhosseini to your question. Sounds also helpful if you want to have simulation. Best regards Bizur

Hi, i want to have on my screen a button for automatic and hand control, two buttons for hand control (up/down) and a visual simulation of the window blinds or at least degree of turning the blades and height of the window blinds. I also have problem how to simulate the window blinds, becous i dont know how do the simulation. The blades of window blinds first turn 180 degrees and then they go up if you are opening them and when closing the the blades go first from 180 degrees to 0 degrees and then starts to close. Hope you understand and hope that you can help me with this problem. Regards |

Hello lakotnik, o.k. now circle is closed. You asked in your first post for simulation, so you don't have a PLC, etc. Sorry, I forgot this during our discussion. Well, if you don't want to buysome software like other users suggested, you could use internal tags for moving your window blinds. As far as I know, there are no windows blinds in library of Wincc, so you have to create them at your own and try to get something suitable for you by using Customized Objects. For sure you can also use a Status Display. But I think in each case there will be a lot of "painting work" to be done. You may simulate your internal tags with WinCC Tag Simulator. If you have got Simatic Manager you could create a hardware configuration there, write a STEP 7 programm there and use PLCSIM for simulation of window blinds movement. Best regards Bizur |
