there is any manual for Cam function for sychronus operation?

i use Scout4.4 controller d435-2 and MCC i have allready try with the gear manual

it's deficult to anderstand the cam in and cam out sychronization paramiters for non cyclic operation

the axis is moving to fast and some times oposite direction

in motion control , the ability of using cams (and their interpolation, not just kidding with cam editor) makes the difference between the normal user and the pro user.

So what you are asking is not easy and perhaps is one of the most complex arguments to understand. Once you understand it then it's fine but at start it is hard.

I am confused when you say that your axis goes at opposite... Can you post here the tests that you made with cams ? What is your cam profile ? How did you laaunch/interpolate it ?

Camming is not like other things ;)

There is not any graphical representation of absolute or relative camming since the cam will be exactly identical.

Absolute cam : slave is synchronized to master following the cam table. This means that system "automatically" will MOVE the slave axis to respect 1:1 the cam table. By looking at your application this is NOT what you need.

Relative cam : when you launch the cam command then the cam profile is started without caring about the slave/master cam table. So system will not check where slave is at start of the cam command, it will launch the cam from that position. I think this is what you need .

Then there is the synchronizationg length : what is your synch strategy ? You should post the first two pages of the cam command

i can't understand the reference point of leading axis  and the leading axis point  in relation of the cam table value.

#can i start a cam from the midle point of a cam table.

in my aplication two difrent cams are working togather after several cycles i noticed that the cams have moved from the original point

i use non cyclic cams due the large format length 80m long and the cams are in the end-start point
