I cannot measure the exact length of the profile on my machine. I put a comparison between ID1000 and the setpoint but the output signal is inactive. can you help me.

Your description is unclear to me. I think you should elaborate on what and how are you doing. Including what it means "length of a profile", "ID1000", "setpoint" and why you compare the last two.

%ID1000 = "setpoint"

using the above comparison will always be a problem. There is no way that you can ensure that the compare instruction is read at the exact moment that it is equal to the setpoint.

Better to build your code around something like:

%ID1000 >= "setpoint"
