hope about same communication settings on both systems, also you can again tell us what protocol and what settings you have set and also if you set control mechanism. Again carefully with cable wires connected, TX, RX and GND are enough if manufacturer doesn't say other. Maybe you can look/find/check for sure some cfg DB which include your HW comm settings from module, look for it in Project System DB blocks area. Chcek online what parameters are set and compare with your CM settings set from PLC HW CM module cfg. I don't know exactly if it is important, but something I remember about this issue.

also I was little bit investigate (interesting device) and find in manual of RM5 text, look to attachment. If you have manual (page 33) can you confirm this is relevant?

Haha, it will not happen again. 
It is a strange thing, because if I connect 
it directly to Hercules, to verify that there 
is communication with the device, and responds 
very well, but when I connect it to the PLC it 
responds to me like this. 
Also, when I try to communicate between Hercules 
and the PLC, the NDR output is activated without 
sending anything. 
I've checked that all the buffers are in place.

if NDR shows TRUE also in time of not send from Hercules, I see probably problem with electronic adapter ,wiring or probably not correct comm settings (also you have this issue with that STATUS). This can't happen without reason probably...

I'm trying to configure other blocks (S_Send and S_Rcv), Is the same project, only change this blocks.

But, when I send and put on theEN_R input on S_RCV, i have and remanence error: 16#1E0F the tia posrtals help says:

Static error when calling SFC WR_REC. The RET_VAL return value of the SFC is available in the SFCERR variable of the instance DB for evaluation.

ANd I try to reset like the help says, but i can send or receive anything.

Finally I link TX and RX to send and receive myself.

You need use SEND/RECV P2P blocks probably.
