Configuration Service Bridge

Voulez Member Joined: 2/8/2022 Last visit: 11/7/2024 Posts: 24 Rating: (0)	Hello everyone, I have question about configuration Service Bridge on scalance xc-206 switch. After I configured service bridge on switch like on manual that is on Siemens forum I got a problem with reaching other devices that are on that switch. I looked on SINEC program for network topology and it says that devices are unreachable. Port 1 on switch is my plantbus and is connected to engineering station port that has two IP address (192.168.0.200 and 192.168.1.200). Port 2 is connected to other device that has 192.168.1.14 address. I did all steps like in datasheet and got that problem. Do you know what is causing that and how could I solve it. I need to be able from ES to connect to device on fieldbus when I need to configure it but not the way around of course. Thanks in advance

Voulez Member Joined: 2/8/2022 Last visit: 11/7/2024 Posts: 24 Rating: (0)	I've configured service bridge switch just like in that manual and after I scan devices on SINEC program it says that they are not reachable and I cant access their WBM. I also put 2 IP addresses on same port on ES (1 for plantbus and 1 for fiedlbus). Does that have something with multicast mac address filter or something else? Thanks in advance

My problem is that I configure the switch and everything is correct, but when you configure the firewall as the manual says, the downstream switch no longer works, it doesn't even let you access its web browser, even when connected directly to the switch.
