Hello Dadoui It is possible to have a connection between a S7-300 and a WinCC Flexible using Ethernet Point to Point Modems. We have once done communication between a IM151-8 PN/DP and a TP177B HMI panel using "Smart Bridges" Wireless point to point connection Radio-Modems. As long as you can ping the PLC from the HMI side, you can make a connection. The Bandwidth is limited so update times may be slow. Hope this helps Cheers Navnag |

I configured blocks of sending dataspecific toEthernet (FC 5 AG_SEND) in S7-300 to tags in WinCC but how these data will be received in WinCC? is there any configuration to do in WinCC or I just need to specify ethernet link in the communication area (attachment)?

Hello Dadoui, Look at the FAQ, How do you configure a connection between WinCC flexible Runtime (PC or Panel) and a SIMATIC S7-300 / S7-400 via Industrial Ethernet? Follow the Step's mention in that, then tell us whats wrong you have done..... |

In fact I did'nt succeed in establishing connexion between Simatic 300 and WinCC flexible runtime because wen runing winCC flexible I have in screen alarms "connection is cut". In addition in interface communication I have" IE general" in stead of "Ethernet" (attachement: cap2). What should I do? I've followed all steps of the FAQ (part 3) and when I didn't see any orange error in winCC I thought that every thing is alright Thanks in advance Attachmentcaptures.pdf (186 Downloads) |
