GB2020 Posts: 56 Rating: (0)	Here, very likely! The problem now arises from the fact that LOGO is not the current password. I and others have changed the password only x error was made now how to do? does anyone know how to get into the factory starter program?

ixo65 Grandmaster-Expert Joined: 12/18/2014 Last visit: 11/7/2024 Posts: 34158 Rating: (4254)	If you have changed the password and are in operator mode and you don't know the password, then you have a problem. In operator mode, you do not come in LOGO! menu to the point "Factory Reset". You can then only perform the factory reset using the LSC software.

What is so difficult to understand, that the PC and the Logo must be in the same subnet ? That means, the first 3 numbers of the ip address must be the same. There are some tricks to handle with different subnets, but this is not for beginners and description is too expensive. An easy way to test the webserver with different subnets is, start Logosoft and search for controllers. After Logosoft has added the temporary ip address x.y.z.254, then start in addition the browser and type in the ip address from your Logo. Logosoft have to work in background for this, don't close. If you want to use webserver without Logosoft, then use same subnet. Regards, Scorp
