I'm running TIA Portal Version V13 SP1 Update 9 on a Windows 7 SP1 x64 machine.

I'm trying to convert an ANY data type to a REMOTE hardware data type in order to use a PUT/GET function on a CPU 1515-2 PN v1.6 (6ES7 515-2AM00-0AB0)

MOVE doesn't let me select my ANY variable as input and my REMOTE variable as output.

Is there a simple way to convert an ANY to a REMOTE variable?

I have not had to use Get Put instructions with a S7-1500 yet, but based on the information in this FAQ, a Remote address looks a lot like an ANY pointer format to me... 

How do you configure and program an S7 connection and the PUT and GET communication instructions for data transfer between two S7-1500 CPUs?

Because in fact REMOTE is almost the same as ANY, it can also be overloaded with AT. It looks like the only difference is MemoryArea. Remote data type has the value MemoryArea = 16#84 (code for Shared Data Block).

I solved the problem like this, everything is working properly:
