Does CP 443-1 can be used as switch or it has to be configured as separate network? yes you can, just link the CP with PLC and HMI. configure the IP for CP and PLC in same domain with HMI

And do i need to wire cpu and module with rj45 cable? Or its enough they are on same base pad?

Or its enough they are on same base pad? yes you need link up the CP with CPU with ethernet cable same with HMI, if you use TIA PORTAL software then you need configure it in network, assign the IP for PLC, CP and HMI in the same domain
