Dear Mortenrb, It looks that there is no valid Desigo Insight project active in this installation or the SQL server does not run or the SQL server cannot be reached. Another possibility is that some OS components are damaged. Please check the following points: 1.Is the SQL-server running correctly? Check Windows Event Log. If the SQL-server does not run -> fix SQL-Server issue first. 2. Start Project Utility. Is the correct project selected and active? 3. Set your current project active and try again. Go to point 4, if this does not help The following activities should be carried out only by a Desigo service engineer or a Desigo expert: 4.Create a new, empty project using the Project Utility. Does the system start now? 5.If the system starts with the new project, try to restore an old project back-up 6.If the system does not start up correctly with the empty project under point 4, either reinstall the OS, SQL-Server and DI or contact Siemens BT technical support.
