Dear all, I have a strange problem that is actually puzzling me. I have two identical machines ( 1 simotion, 1 ktp 700 and 1 1214 F each). And one other PLC 1214F which should collect some bits from these two machines (we call this "Main" PLC) using the IO device technology. All is made with TIA V 13 SP1. but in three separated projects. And all is in the same network with different IPs and different Profinet names. I created the XML file of one machine and imported it in the PLC declaring 1 word in and 1 word out. All work flawlessly: I write one bit in the PLC of the machine and the "Main" PLC receives it perfectly. I created the same XML file in the other machine, it is really IDENTICAL to the previous one (a part the IP and PN names of course), imported it in the "Main" PLC .... And I have the problem. The communication "seems" to be ok, because if I disconnect the eth cable then I have a BF in the Main PLC... But whenever I try to send one bit , :( , the "Main" PLC always receive a blank word. Same is if I write one bit in the output word of the Main plc... I get a blank word in the second machine... I really searched everything ( address overlapping, missing thins, duplicate names, etc) , but system seems to say "hey, hardware config of everything is OK... But I don't want to send or receive nothing".... Attached there are the two XMLs that I created and that were imported in the HWCFG of the "Main" PLC... I hope that sum1 can help... Thanks in advance.... Attachmentxmls.zip (88 Downloads) |
