I have the same problem.

I downloaded Backup from the OP7 panel with Prosave.

The program cannot see this file. Protool whether it is SP1, SP2 or SP3.

(there are some problems with installation SP3)

As the file sees, it can not be convertet because it reported thats it was created in wersion 1.x.

How to solve it?

This is a DOS file, for starters, you will have to use a PC that is able to run it, either directly ion a DOS setup or partition or in a Command Prompt window..And you must use a cable that connects to an actual COM port.

Second, what panel (exact part number and version) are you attempting to download this to? You do know that a Prosave file cannot be opened in ProTool for verification or modification, it can only be downloaded to an exact match of the original panel...

What version of Prosave are you working with?

Where did you see a request for Prosave v1? Does the file proposed earlier not match that request?

By the way, simply to make your expressions more in line with automation practices, we say download when we write the program to the panel, and upload when we read the program from the panel back to your PC.

I was able to read the file and signed up with the .psr extension. ProSave can see him now.
What was the reason that he signed up differently, I don't know.
